Riverside City Manager

The City Manager's Office makes recommendations to the council on legislation, fiscal matters, capital improvements and other city policies. The office conducts municipal programs using latest business methods of financial planning and personnel management. The City Manager's Office offers administrative direction to the city's executive directors and manages the activities and operations of the city. It enforces laws, as well as deals with the economic development functions of the city.
