Riverdale Elementary School

Founded in 1880, Riverdale Elementary School is one of several schools that make up the Riverdale Joint Unified School District. The school is a coeducational institution that provides academic education and extracurricular activities to students in grades four through eight. The school s library provides access to curriculum resources for students and staff and also offers a variety of print and electronic sources to assist in the learning process. Located in Riverdale, Calif., Riverdale Elementary School offers educational classes in a variety of subjects, such as math, science, social studies, reading, writing, spelling, vocabulary, art, and health and physical education. The school s sports activities include volleyball, flag football, soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, and track and field. It also organizes several activities, such as band, chorus and drama.
