WORST PLACE EVER TO BUY A HOUSE THROUGH. LIARS AND CHEATS. IT DOESN'T SURPRISE ME THEY ARE CLOSED DOWN. They recommended we use "Creative Financing" which meant lie, cheat and deceive the banks....
