History
I started Rising Strides as a tribute to my own journey and share how I was able to change my negative thought patterns to ones that are positive and healthy. The use of horses helps to provide a safe non-judgmental area with a sentient being that provides immediate feedback to the person they are engaging with to help and support inner growth.
Specialties
I help people challenge their belief systems that are blocking them from living to their full potential through cognitive behavioral methods and the use of Equine Assisted Activities.
