Love the classes and all the instructors. It has a very woman empowerment and supportive atmosphere. Everyone is super encouraging and positive. Can't say enough great things about the environment...

I love Rise so much, its changed my life. The instructors are welcoming and very knowledgeable. The community is great, the variety of classes and workshops. Check out their studio in Sacramento too!
