The Rio Vista Food Pantry, established in 1994, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that has grown significantly from its original four volunteers to a dedicated team of 120, collectively contributing over 10,000 hours annually. Serving 150 families each month, the Pantry provides essential food and clothing support, addressing the critical needs of vulnerable populations, particularly children and the elderly.

With a mission to feed the hungry in partnership with the community, the Rio Vista Food Pantry distributes over 500 bags of food monthly and has managed to sort and distribute more than 15 tons of food in the last six months. Funding for their efforts comes from generous contributions from various local sources, enabling the organization to maintain dignity and respect for those they serve while combating hunger in the region.
