Rio Bistro

Rio Bistro, located within the R3 Hotel is a quaint powerhouse of classic River Country Cuisine seasonally supported by the menu changes and the resort activity. A true chameleon, the Rio Bistro is known to be serving their summer hit Bang Bang Fried Chicken Sandwiches to a poolside crowd of 500, to its fireplace cozy off season Meatloaf and Mashed potato, Shepards Pie or Chicken Pot Pie to the off season travelers. The is always a level of familiarity when you are greeted by our diverse and welcoming staff. Our staff is made up of first generation food eficianados from our community. These young adults aspire to achieve greater culinary goals one day and have taken part in our introductory vocational experience to get a personal interaction with the industry. Many of the individuals have never had the opportunity to create and have input from everything from the customers dining experience to the freedom to explore recipes and create with an open mind.
