Rio Adobe serves delicious all in house made southwest style Mexican cuisine. Our fresh salsa bar boasts 8 types of unique salsas to compliment our fresh hot chips. The menu ranges from fajita style citrus marinated grilled steak and chicken to achiote marinated Mahi-Mahi and grilled shrimp. Special include such inventive dishes as Blue Corn Crab Tacos, Asiago Crusted Wild Mushroom Quesadillas, Green Chile Stew to Sesame Grilled Salmon Tacos. Service is comfortable cafe style with an ever changing selection of local micro brews, Sangria and margaritas. Cheers!
