Place is not bad in terms of pricing but would love more consistency and communication on the front desk. 3/4 of my visits, nobody is to be found. I understand if they are out in the area helping...

I have been broken into TWICE in less than one year. Will have to move. Do not rent here unless you want to constantly get calls your unit has been burglarized.

If I could rate this place with a negative 5, I would! Please don't not put your belongings here. They advertise that it is safe and monitored 24/7 with camera's, not true. When my unit was broken...

Terrible customer service and you will get your belongings stolen!! I pay $225 for a storage unit here and it's the second time it's been broken into the first time I didn't get anything resolved...
