RidePal was founded by an ex-Google employee who, after leaving the company, found that what she missed most was her daily commute time on their corporate buses. The booming 'Sharing Economy', particularly within the Shared Mobility sector, helped lead to the realization that this high-end commuter benefit could be made widely accessible if multiple companies and independent commuters were able to share the costs. Waited 30 minutes for the shuttle. When he came, he unloaded and told us to wait for him to drive up to pick us up. After he finished unloading he just took off and passed up by, ignoring us....
