Our cycle theater provides you with the ultimate sensory indoor cycling experience with its stadium-style layout, ambient LED lighting and surround sound. Energetic, professional instructors that are certified in both cycling and "rhythm" riding teach our cycling classes. Additional fitness classes are offered as well to help you tone and strengthen your body. RIDE209 is a boutique fitness studio that allows you to get a great workout, without that "big" gym feel.
