Ride On Therapeutic Horsemanship
Ride On, founded in 1994, provides adaptive horseback riding and therapy services to individuals with physical and cognitive disabilities, as well as at-risk youth, across three locations in Southern California. With over 140,000 lessons and therapy treatments delivered, Ride On is dedicated to promoting the welfare of its participants through equine-assisted activities and comprehensive instruction in equestrian-related skills.
Recognized as the only nationally accredited program offering physical, occupational, speech, and language therapy in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, Ride On employs specially trained instructors to create individualized learning experiences. The organization also supports veterans through specialized programs funded by The Wounded Warrior Project and offers riding lessons to the general public, including siblings of riders.
