I called to set up an appointment for my dishwasher. The person on the phone wasn't helpful in scheduling appointments. I had to clarify details because he was speaking so quickly and over me....

Been happy with their service so far. Dave is always friendly. Haven't had any issues that I am reading about here. I continue to call them for service when needed.
