Not worth the trip. Firearms dept. Is a joke. Poor customer service & they're outrageous wanting a $100 restock fee to take a firearm from hold back to the showcase. And after a background hold...

This was my first experience at a pawn Shop. The service was slow. They need a bench to wait on like in a barbershop. My tools were not worth as much as I thought they were.
