My real estate career began 31 yrs ago, when I bought my first home: A 2 bed, 2 bath condo w/ an APR of 9+%! I sold it 5 years later and purchased a 4 bed, 2 bath single family fixer. Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area, I've also had the pleasure of seeing the design side of real estate. Native to San Francisco, my dad, Charles Grebmeier, was a prominent interior designer, who had an incredible talent for design & architecture. In 2004, two partners & I formed an LLC for real estate investments. In 2008, I joined the most respected real estate company in S.F. & the Bay Area: Zephyr Real Estate, now known as Corcoran Global Living. I later obtained my Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) certification & become a Top Producing agent for the company. My passion for real estate is mirrored in my work.
