For decades, Richard worked for LA's top salons starting his career at Jon Peters Salon then with Allen Edwards where he was an educator/platform artist/colorist for Clairol. He attributes quite a bit of his vast knowledge & experience from assisting, working with and training some of the industries most talented stylists & colorists.
