Richard is amazing! he is an expert in his field, extremely attentive to detail, knowledgeable, friendly and always gave us great advice before, during and after the sale of our home. We had daily communication with Richard on the progress of our sale and follow-up on every showing. Always punctual for appointments, always answered his phone, or if unavailable returned our phone calls within minutes. he was a pleasure to work with and absolutely the right realtor for us. We had multiple offers on our home within days for over asking price. With so many realtors to choose from we definitely made the right choice in selecting Richard to sell our home!
