After 16 years of working for other lawyers, I opened my own Law Practice in 1995. I had experience representing Institutional Creditors, including the Federal Government and Major Banks in Bankruptcy Court against Debtors. I saw that Debtors needed better representation in Bankruptcy Court in dealing with their Creditors and so opened my own Law Practice in 1995 to provide that representation to the Debtor community.
