History

Rialto Child Assistance (RCA) was founded in 1946 by Ethel Kucera and Betty Hughbanks as a way for the citizens of Rialto to help other families in their community. RCA depend completely on donations from the community and the hard work of dedicated volunteers. Today, RCA has expanded their donation sources through community partnerships and grant funding. We are still an all volunteer organization, making sure the majority of contributions are distributed among low income families in Rialto and the surrounding communities.
