History

Return to Wholeness Holistic Counseling opened its doors in April 2010 when Debbie graduated from Body Mind College. It is located in The Tranquility Center in Poway. The Tranquility Center was founded in 2007 has 5 practitioners. It offers an array of holistic services including massage, counseling, colon hydrotherapy and more.

Specialties

As a holistic practitioner my mission is to provide a safe place for you to experience deep and lasting healing at all levels; body, mind and spirit. These three levels of our being are inseparable. We cannot heal one without addressing the others. Holistic practice embraces the belief that each of us has the innate ability to heal ourselves at all levels. To do this we must rid ourselves of toxins while providing healthy and nurturing sustenance at all levels of our being. This includes body (food, rest, exercise), mind (thoughts, beliefs, consciousness) and spirit (emotions, connection to source/higher power). I will assist you in identifying dysfunctional (toxic) beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you and support you to release and replace them with more affirming and functional (healthy and nurturing) beliefs.
