We began with the idea of helping clients not only keep the new technology of laser printing (it was very new in 1989) as cost effective as possible, but also as environmentally friendly as possible. We have always worked on a flat rate basis, and clients pay a single labor/travel charge one time only regardless of the time or the trips needed to repair their printer....

Throughout the entire SF Bay Area, we service and sell supplies for laser printers, multifunction printers and FAX machines. We work on a flat rate basis, so you only pay one charge for travel and labor, no matter how long it takes to complete the repair. For black and white laser printers the flat rate is $125, for color laser printers it is $180. That's the MOST you will pay for travel and labor! Sometimes the visit is very quick, in which case we will reduce the charge to $85 B&W or $105 color, which is our diagnostic fee...
