Central California Asthma Collaborative (CCAC) is a non-profit organization based in Fresno, CA, dedicated to improving health and addressing inequities by reducing environmental impacts and emphasizing the prevention and management of chronic diseases, particularly asthma. Through education, direct services, capacity building, and advocacy for sensible policies, CCAC aims to provide comprehensive asthma remediation and education services to Medi-Cal patients in the San Joaquin Valley. CCAC conducts environmental health research programs in collaboration with leading universities to study the effects of indoor and outdoor air pollution on children living in equity communities of the San Joaquin Valley.
