This company doesn't exist anymore in the form it was before- getting crates and purge bins. So, if they don't return your calls and/or emails, that's why. I think they're just a moving company...

Using Renta-a-crate started out as a good idea. Pros: The crates are great and easy to use and move around. The drop off in Seattle was easy enough They are strong and are the perfect size....

Do not use this company. Not only was my pick up "not on the schedule" though my paperwork shows otherwise, I had called to confirmed and said I would get a call back by Maria. Did she? No....
