Our goal here at Remix wellness is to build you up not to break you down. Remix Wellness classes are unique combination of prevents and helps treat pain and injuries. Our classes are in small private groups lead by highly skilled and accredited instructors who instruct to beginners and experts alike. You don't have to be flexible or strong to take Remix classes. No matter your age or your fitness level, Remix puts you on the path to wellness.
