The following three services are offered at RIO's Fullerton facility: Child Development Program - early intervention services for infants and toddlers (ages 1 - 3) with developmental delay or who are at risk for developmental delay. Community-Based Adult Services - outpatient day program for adults 18 years and older who are experiencing a decrease in functioning primarily due to a brain injury, stroke, dementia, developmental disability, psychiatric disability, or other neurological condition. Transitional Adult Program - creative day program designed to teach and maintain functional living skills.
