Had a pedicure done...was charged to remove polish cutdown of toenails and toe buildup...in total cost was $50...staff should communicate these extra charges...final straw my toenail has fallen...

Paid 80 for a Gel Mani and Pedi that I didn't like. Uneven nail cut, uneven application of the gel. Seems like the nail tech that was assigned to me was in a rush. She even over cut my cuticle it...
