Reed & Graham is a corporation in the California road construction industry. It provides products and services related to the construction, maintenance and testing of asphalt surfaces. Asphaltic concrete mixes are manufactured at its San Jose, Calif., asphalt plant and can be custom designed to meet customer specifications. Additionally, asphaltic emulsions, road oils and overkote are manufactured at Reed & Graham s San Jose facility. These products can be picked up, delivered or spread from the facility. Geotextiles, storm water management systems, drainage and erosion control products are sold from its geosynthetics division with California offices in Sacramento, San Jose and Stockton. These products can be picked up or delivered from any location. Charles E. Ted Reed, and brother George, founded the company in 1921 when they entered the construction business. In 1936, the company name was changed from Calaveras Construction Company to C. E. Reed Company. In 1955, the company incorporated as Reed & Graham.
