The manager is an angry man who continues to bully tenants who are seniors! Thus, there is no way to resolve problems that arise. It's his way or the highway. Further, the rent is increased 5%...

This is not legitimate senior housing ! I went for a tour, I was told 2100 for a one bedroom which is the going rate for a 2 bedroom in the area . And mentioned it can fluctuate with market rates...
