The fact that you always have to pay for parking and when you forget you're slapped a parking ticket over 80 dollars makes this library less desirable than all others in the area.

Neat lil place. Quiet and relaxing. Staff keeps themselves busy. Conveniently located within walking distance to the elementary school, CVS, Key Market, Shell stn, shopping plaza, and bus stops.
