Dr. Yelinek has a very good practice here and it's worth mentioning that having someone like Electra answering phones makes a big difference. She's knowledgeable, caring and very helpful.

If they are not on lunch break or telling you they are on lunch break while your dog is dying that wouldn't be the right place... unfortunately it is... the level of sass rudeness non caring...
