Hospitality House is a community center for the City of San Francisco including the Tenderloin, Mid-Market,San Francisco Sixth Street Neighborhoods, providing opportunities for personal growth and self determination to homeless people and others in need.

In operation for more than 20 years, United Way of the Bay Area is a nonprofit organization that specializes in providing social services to various communities. The organization serves Alameda, Marin, Napa, Solano, Contra Costa and San Mateo counties in California. It provides services to children, adults, low-income families and community organizations. It offers early childhood education and youth development programs. United Way of the Bay Area provides basic needs and financial and employment assistance to low-wage families. The organization also specializes in income, savings and asset building activities. It operates a community fund program that supports over 250 local programs.
