History

At Integrated Acupuncture, our goal is to provide integrative health care. Integrative in the sense of Eastern medicine and Western medicine working together as one medicine, but also integrative in many other ways. Our bodies are a collective integration between many organs and organ systems all working together as a whole to function optimally. In our modern world, everything has taken the route of disintegration and gradually through an effort to be optimally efficient, broke the whole down to create specialization in every aspect of life including health care. It is our vision here at Integrated Acupuncture to merge the isolated pieces back into a unified whole. We firmly believe that disease and disharmony is a direct result of the individual elements not working together and without Integration, there can be no balance.

Specialties

He specializes in pain management, endocrine disorders (including but not limited to thyroid disorders, diabetes, adrenal disorders, menopausal syndromes, and endocrine infertility), as well as complicated autoimmune disorders (Fibromyalgia, Multiple Sclerosis, autoimmune thyroid disorders, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus, etc). He also specializes in Lyme Disease and Smoking Cessation. In addition to Acupuncture, he uses Electro-Acupuncture stimulation therapy, Gua Sha, Moxibution, Nutrition (both western and eastern approaches), and specializes in writing customized Chinese herbal formulas for his patients. He also sometimes utilizes medical astrology to get insight into complicated cases and advocates living a natural life in tune with Nature and its natural cycles.
