Rebecca Rapoport, PNP - UCSF ICN Follow-Up Program

Eileen Davies moved to California in 1996 from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She is a doctorate prepared Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Frontier Nursing University with her post-master certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Doctor of Nursing Practice. Apart from family medicine, she has also worked as a locum provider in North Carolina and Northern California in various urgent care and tribal health facilities.

Julie is a certified nurse-midwife and womens health nurse practitioner with dual board certifications. Following her undergraduate studies at Tulane University, Julie worked as a medical assistant and registered nurse in OBGYN and adult medicine clinics in both California and Massachusetts. She then completed her nurse-midwifery and nurse practitioner studies at UCSF. After working for three years at Brigham & Womens Hospital in Boston, MA she moved with her family to Fresno, CA where she worked at Community Regional Medical Center for three years. She moved in 2023 to Santa Rosa, where her family has always dreamed of living.
