Many of those first years in real estate were spent working in successful real estate law offices and property management companies. Raymond Louison has been in the real estate business for about 15 years. He excels in real estate marketing, problem solving, negotiations and technology. Raymond has a bachelor's degree in Business and Management from the University Of Redlands. Raymond has superb negotiating skills, extensive knowledge of home improvement, residential construction and appraisal methodology, as well as advanced knowledge of digital photography and presentation design, computer graphics and Internet marketing technologies.
