After waiting over an hour and a half I finally got a hold of someone overseas that was very helpful. She issued a refund for both bottles of Sparklets. I received the refund today.

I don't even know where to start. These people are horrible. The app is terrible. The driver doesn't bother to read that you've made changes. keep searching you certainly couldn't do any worse...

Used to have Sparkletts and ever since they merged with readyrefresh to make Primo Brands, the service has sucked! 45 minute wait times to talk to anyone, or they don't have any customer service...

Absolutely awful customer service. Can barely get a hold of someone over the phone and if you do, they can do nothing to help. Multiple deliveries of mine have not only been delayed, but skipped....

I used Crystal Rock and it was great, but unfortunately they merged with readyrefresh under primo and now the service is atrocious, my last delivery was a week late, they didn't give me the amount...
