History

We are an Air Conditioning, Heating and Ventilation contractor in the Los Angeles area (specifically Bellflower). We have been in the commercial air conditioning business in this area since 1984 and added residential service in 1994. R&D Air Conditioning is fully LICENCED and INSURED as required by the State of California and we carry an additional 2 million dollars in liability insurance to further protect our customers. We are currently serving customers from Ventura County to southern San Diego County. We have built a reputation of trust, truthfulness, and a sincere desire on our part to satisfy our customer's air conditioning, heating and ventilation needs. Our contractor, Tom Linn, graduated with a college degree in 1983 and shortly after joined the R&D family. After many years of serving the community as a service technician and installer, he purchased R&D from the previous owner in 1994.

Post offices, Hot Topic, Torrid, Los Angeles County Community Resource, and various residential customers like the Elleven and Luma Buildings in downtown Los Angeles. Our service manager and his team of service technicians offer the experience of over 20 years helping people. Problem solving and customer service are the strengths of the service and installation crews.
