they simply don't have customer service. I've been waiting over a week to hear back via email and they just don't have a phone line with a person you can talk to. Disgraceful.

Although I love my Raycon earbuds, their customer service is simply awful. When you call the phone number all you get is a recorded message stating that the company no longer has customer service...
RAYCON ,Has a Very POOR customer service communication . I can't stress enough as to the lack of response and concern that they had towards my Black Friday Sales. Very Sad for such a Great Co.
