As a individual, my Real Estate endeavor started some 25 years ago as an Investor and Developer when I build a 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath House to sell. Throughout the years, I have always maintained a high level of interest as an investor and have continued to invest in residential properties. In 2013, I decided to join Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Del Mar as a full-time Real Estate Sales Professional after divesting from my manufacturing company.
