Rare Earth was founded in Fresno in 2014. Since then we have been working hard to bring the Central Valley of California the best locally roasted coffee and handcrafted drinks. Our coffee is roasted in a unique way utilizing air roasting rather than traditional drum roasting. This method is only used in approximately 1% of all coffee manufacturing. This gives our coffee a crisp and never bitter taste.
