This is a great school and I can't say enough good things about it. Both of our kids loved the program and looked forward to going every week. Classes are held Mon-Fri with sparring on Fridays....

Ben and Dennis are awesome instructors. Whether if it's your first time or returning from a long hiatus, they'll get you motivated to come back for more. I totally recommend giving them a try.
