The Center consists of an intimate, protected courtyard surrounded by an informative exhibit hall that showcases both the natural and cultural history of the area and a large deck overlooking the Waddell Valley and the Pacific Ocean.

Cute little center with information regarding history of Big Basin Redwoods State Park. We tried the Marsh trail from here which is a short, 20 minute hike. The other trails are still not open but...

Excellent activities and location and volunteers and staff. I never heard of Rancho del Oso and read that was park of the Big Basin Redwoods State Park. Also heard that was a 'salamander Saturday'...
