Jail Ralph's. They have literally installed barriers trying to imprison you unless you buy something. The "emergency exit" closes behind you when you enter. The only ways to get out are (1) wait...

Ralph's is a real market in the heart of the city. It's amazing with incredible depth of foods available. We didn't focus on price, but it has everything. Service at check out was great.
