Very friendly pharmacy staff but my prescribes are often not ready when promised. Check on your prescriptions before you shop to avoid prolonged wait.

New staff.... new director....new mess. Poor communication. Making up the rules as they go. Never do what they say they will. Prescriptions are never ready when they say. And so arrogant...

Sometimes we forget about the people who wake up in the morning and face the day to deal with the sick, the insurance, the Busy doctors offices, and the grouchy people who just want their medicine...

This pharmacy is so bad. I get emails saying the Rx"s are ready. Go to store (I don't live in Windsor) to pick up meds and get told they are ordered. Meds should be in Monday. Pharmacy is closed...
