Our daughter goes here and the staff is not capable of following up on lab orders. More than once wasted over an hour because their staff is not capable of sending a fax with lab work....

Whoever runs the operator phone calls is not pleasant. I have on soooo many occasions had the rudest people on the phone lines. Not helpful at all. I just got off the phone with the operator...
