Before the machinery existed, me made and had made specially designed tooling and tons of elbow grease getting the job done still to the NFPA standard (fire marshal code). but with the technology we found over 33 years ago is our only way to a code that is beyond NFPA codes. We don't simply clean the hood, we pay careful attention to the inner workings of the vent hood system and ensure that the entire system is clean. We do a thorough inspection of your hood and exhaust system, remove grease and clean properly even in the hidden areas, greatly reducing the risk of fire. Our Process: We start by using a scraping tool to clean hardened grease on the inside of the hood chute. We use high temperature washers, commercial grade chemicals, and rotating power nozzles to pressure wash vent systems from the roof down. This ensures that your hood fan runs properly. During the cleaning, we polish exterior hood surfaces, change light bulbs that may be out, and replace any necessary glass globe covers. Special care is taken to cover and protect exposed equipment. Plastic is used to contain water and debris, then the floor is mopped, leaving the entire system and work area
