History
I started as a yoga teacher and professional childbirth assistant. I quickly became a HypnoBirthing instructor which has evolved into HypnoCentered Childbirth Education. This type of birth preparation focuses on relaxation, breathing, focused thinking, and the connection with the baby. People who choose this type of preparation are generally interested in a low intervention birth at a hospital or at home. I also teach prenatal and postnatal yoga, along with yoga for anxiety and depression, and hypnotic restorative yoga. I also have a private practice in Depth Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy. Depth Hypnosis is a form of therapy that combines hypnotherapy with Buddhist psychology, shamanism, and transpersonal psychology.
