Honestly a really decent option for breakfast in the valley! We came early Sunday morning around 8:30 and there were a few seats and tables available as well as parking! Quite a small selection...

Don't recommend this place. coffee wasn't good, pastries weren't fresh. Came here thinking I'd support a local coffee shop but won't be returning.

So good! It's a cute little cafe near campus and there is only outside seating. It gives a picnic vibe. I got the lox avocado toast and it was so good and filling and comes with a side salad....

At least they have parking. Outdoor seating only. Very slow and unenthusiastic staff. Their old original location on Chatsworth Blvd in Granada Hills was so much better - sadly that location...
