Untrained staff & terrible customer service. The kid guiding you into the car wash is untrained. They took the mirror down that whispers had up, so you have to rely on the staff to guide you in....

I've had to go through 3 times just to get the car fully clean and half of my car was still wet??? I can't believe I had to go through so many times let alone you have to get out and dry your car...
