Who decided that one person was enough staff to deal with a full waiting room? Ridiculous. I've been waiting for almost an hour with no communication.

Very disappointed! Been going to the Oroville lab for 5 yrs, never had to wait more than 10 minutes! Today it was over 45 minutes!! My name on the board said 5 minutes. Slowest person ever
