i dont understand all the negative reviews - the Appointment only policy is clearly listed on their location's website as well as posted outside of the actual center and inside it too. you cant...

It's unfortunate that every time I come here the person working the front desk is absolutely not people-friendly. I don't know what it is? They are incredibly rude... every time. Such a bummer.

Frustrating to try to change an appt- impossible to speak to a person on the phone (I was trying to change my stepdad's appt and didn't have his confirmation code) and so I went there in person....

Terrible. I heard them shame a lady for being late. Asked me to wait to check in on iPad cause another person arrived first with same time. Two iPads available. Dumb.
